Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Roberto Carlos Lopez. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and currently living in South Florida. I am the son of a Cuban Pastor and a Mexican Dentist. My passions are Jesus Christ and Music and I hope to one day work full time doing exactly that. I play Bass, Acoustic Guitar, and Piano. I also like exploring and learning with graphic design and Video production. I graduated from SAE institute of Technology for Audio Engineering and Audio Technology. I must admit that I am not much of a reader, so therefore I am not much of a writer (I am working on both). I am a very "hands on" person and am a visual learner, so I am easily bored if I don't see pictures, videos and bright colors. Infact, you will notice that most of my posts are like that. Anyways, pull up a chair, scroll away and come explore what I like to call, the Mind of Bert!
One of my favorite bible characters is David. He was a killer musician, he wrote amazing songs, he was shepherd and he was a king! I guess you could say I really yearn to be like him!

Well, unfortunately my vacation time is officially over. I spent 4 days in Ocala, Fl with my dad and a few days relaxing at home. At Ocala, I pretty much did nothing but sleep, eat, watch tv, surf the net, sleep some more, eat some more and sleep even more. It wasn't like your typical vacation where you go to a million places and are always out. I relaxed so much and am now nice and refreshed and am ready to back to work. It was my dad's birthday on the 11th (I know...what a day right?) and we spent it fishing. Fishing has been something my dad and I have loved doing ever since I was a little kid. And since I was little, I always catch more fish than my dad! We didn't catch any this time but still had a good time. Here are a few photos of my vacation.
As many of you know, I am currently in Ocala, Florida visiting my dad for the week. His birthday is this week, So I thought I would spend the week with him. For those of you who don't know where Ocala is, it's about an hour and a half north of Orlando.
The bad thing about Ocala is that there is nothing to do but eat, sleep, watch tv and surf the net.

I always look forward to coming to Ocala because it gives me a chance to relax and do nothing!
Today, however, I discovered one more thing to do in this small town.
Oh yea and there's also fishing. We're doing that on Thursday!
Well, I am very happy to announce that today, May 16th is my dearest annoying big sister's 24th birthday. She has always been there for me and it seems like the older we get, the closer we become! She really is the coolest sister I could ask for. She also happens to be modest so I took the liberty of hacking her blog and posting a birthday post so be sure to stop by and drop a happy birthday comment!
I am very happy to announce that today is my big sis and her hubby's 3 year wedding anniversary. It's hard to believe that it has already been 3 years already. It's awesome to see how they are still standing strong, although a few pounds heavier! (hope they don't kill me for that)
